1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the BRAVA website.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Seller Information

BRAVA is an online concept store curating contemporary jewelry by independent Latin American designers.

The legal information relating to BRAVA is available in the Legal Notice section of this website.

3. Products

Each piece offered by BRAVA is carefully selected and sourced directly from the designer or their workshop.

Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible. As many products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Only products displayed as available on the website may be purchased.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

VAT is not charged under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA).

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before payment.

BRAVA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is placed.

5. Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Once an order has been accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

BRAVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, payment issues or an unforeseen product availability error. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Accepted payment methods include:

Mastercard
Apple Pay
Klarna

7. Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Paris via Colissimo.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For orders valued at €400 or more, a signature upon delivery may be required.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.

9. Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival or an error occurred during order preparation.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

10. Exchanges

Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For size exchanges or other requests, BRAVA will first confirm availability with the designer.

If an exchange is possible, additional production and shipping time may apply.

11. Warranty

Every product is carefully inspected before shipment.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and products damaged before delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;
Scratches resulting from regular use;
Accidental damage;
Improper use;
Damage caused by inappropriate care or exposure to chemicals.

12. Repairs

Where possible, BRAVA may assist customers by contacting the designer to assess available repair options.

Repair availability, costs and turnaround times vary depending on the designer and the nature of the repair.

13. Intellectual Property

All content published on the BRAVA website—including text, photographs, logos, graphics, illustrations and visual identity—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission from BRAVA or the relevant rights holder.

14. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with BRAVA's Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
